North Carolina residents are protected by the state's Identity Theft Protection Act, which requires businesses to notify affected consumers without unreasonable delay if a data breach affects their personal information, and we comply with that law.

This website may link to outside services such as our social media pages or map and review services. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or policies.

10. Children's Privacy

Our shop welcomes families, but this website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The contact form is intended for use by adults. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
